Refund policy

Emails/messages will be replied to Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.

Email us within 7 days of receiving your order, replying to your order email is fine, or send to tom.the.cosmic.cowboys.emporium@gmail.com
Please include your original order number, date of purchase and reason for return.
Please state how you'd like to be refunded.
We prefer to offer store credit or exchanges, cash refunds are fine.

You will receive details on how to return your item, and then 14 days to return it.
Customer pays the return postage and we refund item cost only.

Items must be unworn, and as received.

Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt of your return (not after it was posted) to process your request.
Returns will not be accepted after the 14 days. If the items returned back late, or are in an unsatisfactory condition they will be posted back to you.

First order? Remember we are a small, slow fashion business, try and refrain from buying in bulk to try on.

Please reuse and recycle any packaging to return your order! We try to keep it planet friendly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
